Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after full payment is received.

Products from the same order may arrive from different fulfillment centers, or at different times based on item availability.

If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.


Shipping Methods & Shipping Time

After shipping, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number. Normally you can track your package at:

a. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing time = the time between when you place your order and the time of shipment
  • Shipping time = the time between shipping and delivery of your order to you

b. Processing Time
In this part, we ask you for about 48 hours for quality control and to arrange suitable shipping. After the package is shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping information.

c. Shipping Methods
We normally use DHL, UPS, and FedEx as couriers. The shipping methods vary depending on the shipping option.

  • North America: 5-8 days
  • Europe: 5-7 days
  • Asia: 4-5 days
  • Australia: 5-7 days
  • Africa: 5-7 days
  • South America: 8-10 days
